Countryside minimalism and natural splendor

Exceptional Can Murta rural house in the center of Traumantana valley in Mallorca 

This Mallorca recently reformed treasure offers a traditional life surrounded by absolute serenity and its own olive grove that cover the winding valleys of the Sierra de Tramuntana on the northern part of the island. The impressive rural mansion Can Murta, which meets the highest standards, is located in one of the most beautiful and calm places of this mountain valley.   

This place is characterized by its extremely exclusive neighborhood, which includes vineyards and many historic estates. The house is located on a plot with a large area and offers absolute privacy.  

The impressive mansion has several buildings: a main house and a guest house. For the construction of the house were used stone and a special sandstone, typical of this area of Mallorca. Masonry facades are made with Marés stone joints and corners. Not far from the main house, the fantastic pool area and the summer house invite you to revel in the magic of this fascinating property. The cottages with several bedrooms and living rooms are decorated in a minimalist style with soft colors.

Zarci gray stone interior flooring and herringbone African oak (iroko) wood flooring is providing pleasant cozy home sensation. The decoration details are completed with reclaimed wood joist floors. There are fully equipped kitchens with dining rooms and large areas to relax in every building. The garden, with its olive, almond and cypresses, surrounded by exotic flowers and herbs, creates the perfect harmony of this majestic rural property.
