  • Create a project plan and timeline, specifying the point at which different companies will be involved
  • Coordinate all companies and parties involved
  • Visit the construction site weekly to ensure all work meets LF91’s high standards
  • Ensure work progresses on time and on budget
  • Provide clients with regular progress reports and photos 
  • Communicate any unforeseen issues to clients and resolve any conflicts that may arise
  • Manage the budget and invoicing
