A gem in the Mallorca countryside

A prestigious house in Pollença in the middle of nature 

Can Xandot is luxury real estate property for sale in Pollença, a popular area in the north of Mallorca, in a mountainous area with magnificent landscapes. This beautiful building, recently finished project, has been built with natural stone, giving it a rustic feel, yet still has all the comforts and interior design of a modern villa.  
 

The mansion is located on a farm near the bay of Pollença, wanted to imitate the construction of an old Mallorca house. Façade walls combined in stone and lime mortar. Binissalem stone was used in first storey floor covering.  The doors' and windows' openings, decoration details are made of natural wood, which is environmentally friendly in itself and gives the house a rustic aesthetic. 

On the first floor, the sleeping area, it was tiled with terracotta, on both floors it was opted for ceilings with stripped beams. The showers lined with ivory cream stone, as well as the sinks with furniture using the traditional latticework.   

 

Soft pastel colors in the interior, delicate blue and grey colours of textiles and finishes adjust to a calm mood and relax. The spacious kitchen uses brighter red details to give the home a modern touch. The art objects, paintings and decorative vases in the interior underline the artistic taste with which the country house is decorated. Equally impressive is the open area surrounding the house with green spaces, manicured lawns, mature trees and a pastoral rural landscape.
