This new construction has delivered the perfect family villa, set amidst the historic town of Pollença and the dramatic Tramuntana mountain range. Minimalist architecture was combined with rustic accents, merging soft tones and rich colours.
The holiday home has been renovated with modern fixtures and interior design, while keeping the authentic local character with exposed stone walls, in contrast with the sleek white render and designer kitchen. The villa accommodates up to eight people, in grand style and comfort. Keeping family life in mind, every corner of the villa has been well thought out to create the perfect holiday home for all ages.
Four double bedrooms and four bathrooms provide privacy and space for all members of the family. Black window frames and soft textures blend throughout the villa. Outdoors, the villa provides a spacious and carefully planned area, including a large terrace for outdoor living, as well as a private swimming pool with a purpose-built shallow end. The green mountain views offer a sheltered and calming experience from the chic Balinese daybeds.
This turnkey project included project management, architecture, property and land survey, as well as property finding. LF91 also delivered an immaculate garden with landscape design, using palm trees and bird of paradise flowers to create a tropical oasis with Mediterranean character.
