Our story
One conversation, from start to finish
Since its founding in 2006, LF91 has helped clients bring to life their vision of a home or an investment property in Mallorca. We are driven by a genuine affection for the island and its landscape: we develop properties that blend sensitively into the Mallorcan setting, honouring local tradition and culture.
Under the direction and supervision of Miquel Bauza, managing director, we bring together specialists in architecture, interior design, engineering and landscape design. We offer a comprehensive construction management service, for both new builds and renovations, supporting the whole project cycle: administrative coordination, financial control, licences, logistics, site supervision and final handover.

We manage more than 175 projects, from country house renovations, finca restorations and town house refurbishments to apartment conversions and new-build villas across Mallorca.
