LF115
A hill-side house
LF91 has managed to integrate this project into its surroundings, making it seem like, from a distance, just another element of the mountain on which it is located. It is a project of harmonious lines and modern style, dressed with large terraces for admiring the beauty of the Mallorcan landscape such as the green hills that end with a view of the sea in the background.
This alliance between architectural and natural elements is not only seen from a distance, but can be seen in every detail of the project, allowing the vegetation to be part of the home and not just a complement. Transit areas such as long corridors and large spaces, both inside and outdoors, allow for long visits and sunset watching. Life, both inside and outside, becomes comfortable, relaxed and contemplative, happily poised on the horizon. The materials help to convey that sense of peace: aluminium exterior carpentry, beech wood interiors and limestone floors contrast with the black kitchen that enhances its space.
This project not only respects the harmony of the landscape in which it is located without modifying it, but follows its line and does not impose itself on the terrain but venerates it with great beauty.
We create timeless spaces in Mallorca through interior design, architecture, management, and handcrafted ambiance. Designed to reflect each client’s unique vision.
