Alfabaguera
Non-traditional beach house
Alfabaguera is a project a few metres from the sea, in the north of Mallorca (Bonaire), in an exclusive neighbourhood with an authentic beach atmosphere. At LF91 we took charge of bringing it to life, always seeking to preserve the Mediterranean essence of the area while bringing out a modern, distinctive style, so that its owners can enjoy this second residence on the island.
From the outside, harmonious, mathematical lines can be seen on the facade, in neutral, sandy tones, combined with large terraces overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, spacious areas with an infinity pool and luxury furniture for enjoying the best days of summer.
Inside, open, clean spaces are combined with warm furniture in neutral colours, although the sideboard and the many works of art that accompany the decoration stand out, breaking up the scheme and adding a touch of colour to the rest of the house.
This project, built with natural materials such as zarci stone and iroko wood, has blended perfectly into its surroundings and leaves no one who sees it indifferent, both for its exterior architecture and for the great interior design work that LF91 has carried out from start to finish.
We create timeless spaces in Mallorca through interior design, architecture, management, and handcrafted ambiance. Designed to reflect each client’s unique vision.
