Reinventing the Mallorca town house
This renovation project is far from a traditional townhouse refurbishment. Young, fresh and fun, this contemporary home makes the most of its modern interiors, using a neutral palette accentuated by pops of colour, amplifying the sense of space immensely. The result is an ultra-modern townhouse.
Located in the historic old town of Pollença in the north of Mallorca, this modern and luxurious townhouse combines Scandinavian interior design with vibrant Mediterranean accents to provide an international home which reflects the cosmopolitan atmosphere on the island. Only high-end materials were used to create a unique space with panoramic views over Pollença and the surrounding mountains from the rooftop and upper levels. Inside the townhouse you will find open plan living, with a designer kitchen and plenty of natural light flooding in from all sides.
The interior design embraces soft fabrics such as velvet and suede, in stark contrast with the exposed stonework. Throughout the townhouse, luxury finishes and local materials were combined, using sleek natural wood and rugged stone.
During this renovation project, LF91 maximised every inch of the outdoor spaces for al fresco living and dining, creating a majestic ground floor terrace with an inviting outdoor kitchen made from stainless steel, a cosy chill out zone and a glamorous swimming pool and poolside area.
