Can Baula
A house made for unwinding
The sum of a bucolic countryside’s characteristics and the proximity of the unmistakable Mediterranean Sea define this new build project on the north of Mallorca. High ceilings throughout open and connected spaces are also part of this home’s attributes designed for its owners comfort. LF91 has executed this project from start to finish, from finding the right location down to the key handover.
In Ca'n Baula LF91 intends to perfectly combine stone and wood, with neutral tones and touches of colour that shine from the artwork and furniture, of great brands, that dress it. This project is integrated within the landscape and perfectly blended into its surroundings.
Its marked avant-garde and modern characteristics allow its functional needs to be met whilst still maintaining the aesthetic beauty of the home. The Schucco aluminium carpentry and the Bulthaup kitchen are some of the elements that perfectly help day to day family life, without ever losing the feeling of freedom in each space.
Undoubtedly, this project is the living image of the conciliation of beauty with comfort; its large terraces overlooking the countryside help to revive that beautiful image. This home remains entirely true to the Mallorcan philosophy, always open to visitors for lunch and dinner outdoors, both under the warm sun or the freshness of the shade.
We create timeless spaces in Mallorca through interior design, architecture, management, and handcrafted ambiance. Designed to reflect each client’s unique vision.
