Blanquerna
An oasis in the city of Mallorca
Open penthouse with clean lines
Fantastic penthouse located on the emblematic Blanquerna street in Palma de Mallorca. This penthouse is an oasis in the middle of the city. Inside, the heart of the home is an imposing open and modern kitchen, with practical materials, among which we highlight the marbled worktop.
We emphasise the use of wood, wrapping much of the flat in it to give warmth; natural wood and warm, welcoming tones stand out. The straight lines, simplicity and sobriety of the interior contrast with an exterior full of vegetation, which is more reminiscent of a jungle than an urban landscape.
The use of natural wood, pastel and soft colours stands out, the contemporary decoration dresses the property. The result is a friendly and fresh home; cosy and with a refined taste that invites you to enjoy it from the moment you walk through the door.
We create timeless spaces in Mallorca through interior design, architecture, management, and handcrafted ambiance. Designed to reflect each client’s unique vision.
