La Font
Bright and minimalist refurbishment in La Font, Pollença
Refurbishment of a project we completed in 2005/06. This austere yet elegant house makes the most of every ray of light in its spaces. The owners, who have owned the house for about 15 years, wanted to update the finishes a little and give the house a change in keeping with its original character.
The kitchen, bathrooms and interior carpentry were renovated and the only change to the layout was to the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, which previously measured 50 m² and which we have reduced to gain one more single bedroom, adding extra value to the luxury villa. Making the most of every ray of light and creating spacious rooms was one of the design objectives.
The slate in the bathrooms was replaced with stone-effect porcelain, on both floors and walls. The taps were also changed from counter-top to recessed stainless steel ones. The interior doors and wardrobes were designed with a more classical design in accordance with the client’s tastes.
We create timeless spaces in Mallorca through interior design, architecture, management, and handcrafted ambiance. Designed to reflect each client’s unique vision.
