Dalt de Can Suau
Raised from rubble
A perfect place to enjoy a beautiful sunset! Renovation and extension of an old Mallorcan house.
The owners of Ca’n Suau Vell fell so in love with this project that they decided to take on a second one, Dalt de Ca’n Suau, above the first house. At LF91 we worked very rigorously on this project, as the old building was completely in ruins, with only a few pieces of the façade wall remaining. The project began from scratch, renewing every space, and the opportunity was taken to extend it.
The same approach as the first house was followed, with a traditional Mallorcan country house style and materials from the island itself, Binissalem stone and neutral tones that blend perfectly with the surroundings. The furniture, chosen by the owners themselves, adds a touch of colour and modernity, contrasting with the rest of the house.
Every detail is designed to be effective and perfect, both indoors and outdoors, surrounded by vegetation, surprising with an infinity pool set in the upper area of the land with views to fields and the sea in the background.
We create timeless spaces in Mallorca through interior design, architecture, management, and handcrafted ambiance. Designed to reflect each client’s unique vision.
