Emblematic mansion renovated with a contemporary and timeless air
Stone, marble, marés and wood define this emblematic town house, with a palatial air, where the balconies of the shop that housed the hall have been maintained.
Existing tiles have been reused on floors and walls, as well as traditional materials such as Mallorcan stone and marés. The height of the ceilings is noteworthy. The central courtyard with a spectacular swimming pool that evokes the Mediterranean Sea, multiple heights that divide and mark each of the areas of the mansion, traditional island style kitchen as well as its bedrooms or living room always evoking the island style with contemporary touches without losing its majesty.
