A very important element of the house is the central decorative shelf in the living room, dining room and the kitchen area. It is an iron skeleton, lined with the same porcelain as the floor, on each of its faces. It was hard work, but with an excellent result. The material used for the flooring is porcelain. Since it is resistant to salinity and does not require maintenance. The interior, with a few pale orange textile details and gilded panels on the walls, is dominated by cold, but at the same time elegant and pleasant colors. Rolled edge carpets are also introduced, which is very typical of Mallorca houses, but with a very small format, achieving with this and its position, a modernized appearance of said carpets.
