Romantic rural mansion in Pollença of Mallorca

Suburban pastoral on the mountain valley 

Villa Marina is located on a farm in the Pollença area, in the Cami de Can Puig area.  It is a rural residence, built and decorated with the love and excellence of its creators, with the premise of harnessing the charismatic light of Mallorca in every room.    

This detached villa overlooks a verdant mountain valley, surrounded by manicured gardens full of flowers, with various corners to relax and enjoy the absolute peace of mind.    

This is a new construction in a rustic style, using handmade terracotta tiles and pebbles for the interior and exterior pavements, both on the pavements and on the façade was used limestone from the area. The large portal with arched gates leading into the house is typical of the romantic Spanish style and pre-sets you to immerse yourself in the rural-suburban and calm atmosphere of the mansion. Near the adjacent pool, mosaic decorated with blue smalt, future owners can enjoy relaxation and clean mountain air. 

 The spacious garden area and high ceilings in the building, the spaciousness and airy atmosphere create a charming feeling of a cozy home. Added elegance to selected materials and furniture. Housing consisting of a basement, ground floor and first floor. With 4 double bedrooms, throughout the house we have wooden joist floors and traditional style ceramic vault.  

The bathrooms are tiled with porcelain tile. The joinery is made of wood. Rattan and aged wood decorative fittings and furnishings give this new building a completely authentic retro look. However, many home furnishings, paintings and details are ultra fashionable and modern.
