In the North of Mallorca, this apartment converted into a place of rest and relaxation is a vacation paradise. Its owners come to their home just steps from the seashore to enjoy the island of Mallorca.
It is divided into two floors, the first floor is destined to sleeping areas and the ground floor is used as the main living space. The family who own it stay each summer, and so they take pleasure in having long lunches and dinners to enjoy here with their closest friends.
They have a small terrace, that when leaving it, leads you directly to the beach. For that reason a completely Mediterranean interior design was opted for, with the use of neutral colours and sandstone, introducing contrasts with bright colours in its furniture and decoration, without forgetting the location’s marine essence.
