Refurbishment of a building work we finished in 2005/06. This austere yet elegant house makes the most of every ray of light in its spaces. The owners, who have owned the house for about 15 years, wanted to update the finishes and give the house a continuist change.
The kitchen, bathrooms and interior carpentry were renovated and the only change to the layout was to change the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom which previously measured 50m2 and we have reduced it to have one more single bedroom, adding extra value to the luxury villa. Taking advantage of every ray of light and giving room for spaciousness was one of the design objectives.
The bathrooms were changed from slate to a porcelain imitation stone in both floors and wall coverings. The taps were also changed from counter-top to stainless steel. The interior doors and wardrobes were designed with a more classical design in accordance with the client's tastes.
