This project is located on sloped terrain, so its entrance is at the highest point. Its spaces were studied in a meticulous way to achieve sense and functionality, as well as a natural flow, both inside and out.
The combination of local stone and Iroko wood used allows it to merge with its surroundings, using traditional materials from the island whilst architecture of pure and minimalist lines. The interiors are spacious and bright thanks to the large windows, which give way to the views of the garden and its flush swimming pool.
