The same owners of Ca'n Suau Vell fell so in love with this project that they decided to bet for a second one, Dalt de Ca'n Suau, located on the upper side of the first house.LF91 worked very strictly on this project, since its old building was completely in ruins, only some pieces of the façade wall remaining. This project started from scratch, renewing each of its spaces and taking the advantage to expand.
The same line was followed as the first house. A traditional Mallorcan country house style, using materials from the island itself, Binissalem stone and neutral tones, fits perfectly with its surroundings. The furniture chosen by the owners themselves gives a touch of colour and modernity contrasting with the rest of the house.
Every detail is designed to be effective and perfect, both indoors and outdoors, surrounded by vegetation, surprising with an infinity pool set in the upper area of the land with views to fields and the sea in the background.
