Can Pelat

A picturesque stone house with an indescribable mountainous landscape located in the countryside between Pollensa and Port-Pollensa, and just a short drive from the famous sandy beaches of Cala San Vicente. The first thing that will catch your attention as you enter the estate are the facades combining stone masonry with mortar joint and acrylic coating and the restored wooden double doors that lead to a large spacious hall decorated with local natural stone. At the back, you will see a unique arched passage leading to the living room and open dining area adjacent to the modern fully equipped kitchen. Only high-end materials were used to create a spectacular space with panoramic mountain views. Interior pavements of ivory stone laid manually, and mud tiles recovered and placed to batten plate in humid rooms. All forged wooden beams recovered. "Carved" bathrooms are made of ivory stone. Shower coatings are made with Macael marble.
