This renovation project located in the north of Mallorca has grand views of the bay. Its owners wished to appreciate their stay on the island by enjoying the panoramic views of the sea, swimming pool and large terraces surrounded by greenery.
Two styles are merged in this peculiar project. The property’s exterior shows the purest Mediterranean essence, traditional island style stone walls and blue shutters, reminiscent of those Greek colours. Indoors various Moorish elements are used, such as Turkish travertine floors and mosaics in bathrooms. The combination of both gives rise to a completely original and surprising result.
This particular house was designed to suit its owner’s wishes; once its style and aesthetics were defined, the decision was made to opt for the mixture of various traditional Mallorcan finishes with Moorish elements characteristic of the ancestors and predecessors of these lands.
