Nestled in the exclusive Bonaire development, this villa stands as a tribute to landscape and nature. The plot, with its breathtaking views of the sea and the Bay of Pollença, dictated the orientation of large windows that flood every corner of the house with light and Mediterranean freshness.
The sloping topography of the land integrated the building into the hillside, blending architecture, nature, and landscape into a synergy that enhances their mutual beauty. The design philosophy is clear: good architecture qualifies and imparts identity to the landscape. Mediterranean elements such as olive trees and local rocks are incorporated, creating a natural environment that embraces human intervention. In this project, the developers prioritised quality over profit, investing in ideas and passion.
Architect Nacho Vicens aimed for the house to speak for itself, enchanting anyone who visits, much like a masterpiece in the Reina Sofía or the Prado. Thus, this villa is presented as a jewel, a diamond in the mountain, destined to captivate at first sight.
