LF91 Property Care is a property maintenance service in Mallorca that looks after a home throughout the year. It coordinates the tasks a house needs (cleaning, garden, pool, systems, dealing with visitors and suppliers) so the owner does not have to manage them one by one.

Property management

A single point of contact takes care of your property. They supervise the condition of the house, coordinate the different suppliers, handle alerts and incidents and keep you informed of what is happening, even when you are away from Mallorca. You do not have to call each professional or keep track of every detail: you have one go-to person who knows your home and makes sure everything runs smoothly.

Housekeeping

The interior care of the home: bed and bath linen, restocking of essentials, tidiness and airing. We prepare the house for your arrival or that of your guests, with the beds made, essentials restocked and everything in its place, and we leave it tidy when you go. You step into a fresh, aired house that is ready to live in straight away.

Maintenance

Regular inspection of the home and its systems: joinery, air conditioning, electrics, plumbing, roofs and exteriors. We spot small problems before they become breakdowns and coordinate the repair with the right professionals, from the first alert until the work is finished. Constant maintenance protects the value of the property and avoids costly surprises, especially in a house that stands empty for part of the year.

Gardens

Garden care and outdoor areas: pruning, watering, plants and lawn. In the Mediterranean climate a well-kept garden needs consistency and knowledge of the species, as well as watering adjusted to each time of year so that it stays green without using more water than necessary. Cleaning

We schedule it according to how you use the house and at the frequency we agree: regularly, before each stay or at key moments of the year. Concierge

Personal attention for whatever comes up: receiving suppliers and visitors, handling deliveries and day-to-day errands, and dealing with the unexpected when you are not at the house.
