Llobera
A town house of inconceivable beauty
This renovation in the interior of Pollença may seem simple from the outside, but once inside it is a box full of surprises and details. The owners wanted to enjoy the atmosphere of the town together with a dream house, with large spaces and a lot of light inside.
In this project, traditional materials like the stone façade and traditional Mallorcan shutters are perfectly combined with more modern ones such as the large glass windows that give way to the light from the outside.
Also outstanding are the Zarci stone floors that run throughout the project and the large sculptural staircase, which combines white lacquered iron with natural stone. A house that plays with different materials, traditional and modern, achieving spectacular results.
We create timeless spaces in Mallorca through interior design, architecture, management, and handcrafted ambiance. Designed to reflect each client’s unique vision.
