Can Paz
A Mediterranean Moorish blend
This renovation project in the north of Mallorca has grand views of the bay of Pollença. Its owners wished to appreciate their stay on the island by enjoying the panoramic views of the sea, swimming pool and large terraces surrounded by greenery.
Two styles are merged in this peculiar project. The property’s exterior shows the purest Mediterranean essence, traditional island-style stone walls and blue shutters, reminiscent of those Greek colours. Indoors, various Moorish elements are used, such as Turkish travertine floors and mosaics in the bathrooms. The combination of both gives rise to a completely original and surprising result.
This particular house was designed to suit its owner’s wishes. Once its style and aesthetics were defined, the decision was made to opt for a mixture of traditional Mallorcan finishes and Moorish elements characteristic of the ancestors and predecessors of these lands.
We create timeless spaces in Mallorca through interior design, architecture, management, and handcrafted ambiance. Designed to reflect each client’s unique vision.
