A versatile and functional hill-top space
Geometric forms and volumes shape this home at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana. Set at the top of a small hill, it enjoys dreamlike views of the island’s mountains.
A project in which we provided Project Management services and carried out the interior design in full. It has a contemporary, modern style, with an unmistakable facade and one of the best sunsets in Mallorca. The pool lies away from the house, on a lower level of the plot, which leaves a large garden at the top of the hill. Neutral tones with touches of colour are used in the decoration; the floors are polished ivory on the ground floor and oak on the upper floor, where the main bedroom is located. Inside the house, the joinery is lacquered white and natural oak, contrasting with the exterior aluminium joinery and the Egipto stone terraces, giving a play of different textures and materials. Its atmosphere conveys balance, contrasts and functionality, always adapted to the natural surroundings.
This holiday home is ready to surprise many guests, as the house, lived in during the warm months, leaves everyone who sees it open-mouthed. A few metres from the beach, with stunning views and a place where there is never a dull moment.
We create timeless spaces in Mallorca through interior design, architecture, management, and handcrafted ambiance. Designed to reflect each client’s unique vision.
