Some places are visited; others are felt. At LF91, we believe every commercial space is much more than just a container: it’s an extension of the soul of those who create it, the concept that drives it, and the people who experience it. Designing for retail means translating emotions into atmospheres, values into volumes, and personality into experience. Beyond materials and layouts, our retail projects start with listening: deeply understanding each brand’s identity to craft a coherent, functional, and memorable space, which above all, breathes the client's essence.
We accompany, advise, and guide our clients, from young entrepreneurs and established firms to renowned gastronomic ventures, from the first sketch to the final touch of lighting. When design aligns with an authentic story, the result goes beyond aesthetics: it moves, inspires, and endures.

S33 Studio: An Inherited Light
Some projects are built with blueprints, materials, and technical decisions. Others are built from the heart, with invisible threads connecting a father and daughter. This was one of those projects.
Mavi, daughter of Miquel, founder of LF91, decided to create her own brand and open her first physical space in Puerto Pollensa. A dream pursued since childhood with unwavering determination and inspiring vision. She dreamed of owning her own shop, designing every corner, building a solid, authentic, and aesthetically pleasing brand, something deeply personal. Thus, S33 Studio was born: the fulfilment of a profound desire, an early vocation, and creative energy finally finding its path.

Passionate about marketing, branding, design, and detail, Mavi knew exactly what she wanted to convey: relaxed elegance, Mediterranean freshness, and meticulous brand identity. At LF91, we knew immediately this project would be special, not only for what it meant to her but also to Miquel.
We worked together, as a team and as the family that is LF91. Every decision, texture, and element was conceived from that unique complicity only shared between father and daughter. She contributed her energy, aesthetics, and brand vision. We brought our experience, construction sensitivity, and innate ability to listen, elements we naturally integrate into all our projects.
S33 Studio opened with inevitable brightness, finding its natural place. The space speaks of Mavi—her strength, vision, character—but also holds something of Miquel. Ultimately, it's crafted from shared memories and values, mutual respect, and that invisible bond only architecture can express.

Retail design that reflects identity
Located in the charming Puerto de Pollensa, S33 Studio is a new sustainable fashion brand from Mallorca redefining contemporary luxury through versatile, inclusive, and exclusive garments. Specialising in swimwear and timeless clothing, the brand captures the essence of Balearic style and modern island living. Each piece is designed in Mallorca and made in Spain, using high-quality, locally sourced fabrics.

The store interior, designed by LF91, mirrors the brand's philosophy with a minimalist and sophisticated aesthetic. The space is articulated through sculptural curved forms made with ceramic bricks and finished with adhesive cement, providing depth and texture. These organic lines evoke craftsmanship, the fluidity of the Mediterranean environment, and the movement of the sea. A commercial interior design project that transcends retail architecture to become a sensorial experience, Mediterranean essence, lived design, fashion that is felt.

Montis Law Firm: The Essence of Order
In the heart of Palma, amidst quietly speaking streets and dignified doorways, lies a law firm seemingly built from pause and precision. Montis Law Firm isn’t just a law office. It’s a place where time slows, where every line, plane, and architectural gesture seems guided by an invisible logic: that of balance. LF91 was tasked with refurbishing this commercial space with a clear objective: to transform the legal into an experience.

The result is an environment where aesthetics support function, and sobriety does not exclude warmth. Materials chosen with rigour, avoiding excess, create a serene atmosphere. White and wood coexist without dominating. Natural light subtly passes through windows, intentionally unobtrusive. The furniture, almost floating, seems to invite thought, not noise. This retail-like renovation demonstrates how design can also reflect legal principles: structured, human. A workspace that doesn't overwhelm but embraces. A local commercial refurbishment that elevates the user experience.

COR Barra i Taula: A Space that Breathes
Renovating a gastronomic space for the Santi Taura group isn't merely designing a restaurant. It’s working with the raw material of the soul, understanding that the experience begins long before the first bite and continues well beyond the last sip. At COR, the comprehensive renovation managed by LF91 became an alchemical process: uniting architecture, rhythm, and light to complement the philosophy of the Mallorcan chef. Nothing is superfluous, nothing distracts.
Each detail serves a single purpose: creating an authentic atmosphere.

This intervention in a hospitality business goes far beyond functionality. The venue welcomes diners with unusual sincerity. Interior design doesn't decorate; it reveals. Wood, metal, glass, the interplay of textures and warm lighting falls softly onto tables, evoking origins, fire, and the shared act of enjoyment. Above all, COR is a bar and a table. A place where eating becomes intimate, almost ritualistic. A space where beauty lies not in novelty but in authenticity. A complete reform of a commercial space that breathes truth.
