Villa Marina
Romantic rural mansion in Pollença, Mallorca
Suburban pastoral in the mountain valley
Villa Marina is located on an estate in the Pollença area, in the Cami de Can Puig area. It is a rural residence, built and decorated with the love and excellence of its creators, with the premise of enhancing the charismatic light of Mallorca in every room. This detached villa overlooks a verdant mountain valley, surrounded by manicured gardens full of flowers, with various corners in which to relax and enjoy absolute tranquillity.
This is a new build in a rustic style, using handmade terracotta tiles and pebbles for the interior and exterior paving; local limestone was used both for the pavements and for the façade. The large portal with arched gates leading into the house is typical of the Spanish romantic style and invites you to immerse yourself in the calm, rural-suburban atmosphere of the mansion. Beside the adjoining pool, with its mosaic decorated in blue enamel, the future owners can enjoy relaxation and fresh mountain air.
The spacious garden area, the high ceilings, the sense of space and the airy atmosphere create a charming feeling of a cosy home. Elegance has been added through carefully selected materials and furniture. The house comprises a basement, ground floor and first floor.
It has 4 double bedrooms and, throughout the house, wooden joist floors and traditional-style ceramic vaulting. The bathrooms are tiled with porcelain stoneware. The joinery is made of wood. Decorative accessories and furniture in rattan and aged wood give this new building a completely authentic retro look. However, many pieces of furniture, paintings and home details are very fashionable and modern.
