Villa Bonaire

The villa, located in a picturesque area on a hill, offers an exceptionally beautiful view of the sea. The house was built with the idea of combining the latest trends of modern design, luxury style and practicality. One of the architect’s splendid finds are the huge Art Deco panoramic windows and the minimalist interior. All this together gives a feeling of pleasant home comfort. The facade, combining Marés masonry without joint and acrylic cladding, has an extra-modern exterior with a sensation of a lot of air inside. Its decoration is made with aluminium panels (Alucobond).

The colour scheme of the interior design is accentuated in soft pastel shades of grey, milky in the textile, conveying a state of harmony and tranquillity. The finishing and interior design details are made from walnut wood, which gives a luxurious touch to the villa. Another exclusive point of the house is a large-format porcelain tile interior flooring.

The interior layout of the two-storey house, located near the coast, has been thought out perfectly. On the first floor, we are greeted by a spacious living room with a home theatre system and a small living room that can easily turn into an additional bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen with built-in appliances is next door. The second floor consists of four bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and sweeping views of the sea and garden with pool. A gym and a pantry harmoniously fit into the basement. The gardens with a sea view are breathtaking without exaggeration. In the green courtyard there is an open spacious area with a swimming pool, a terrace and a relaxation area, decorated with great taste. The entire coast is visible in perspective from the villa. It is a perfect place for spending wonderful time with friends and family, or as a profitable investment.
