The professional architects sought to combine in the project a calm rural retro style with full compliance with the trends of modern building fashion. A picturesque stone house with an indescribable mountain landscape, set in the countryside between Pollen\u00e7a and Port de Pollen\u00e7a, and a short drive from the famous sandy beaches of Cala Sant Vicen\u00e7. The first thing that will catch your attention on entering the finca are the facades, which combine stone masonry with mortar joints and acrylic cladding, and the restored double wooden doors leading to a large, spacious hall decorated with local natural stone. At the back, you will see a unique arched passage leading to the living room and open dining room next to the modern, fully equipped kitchen. Only high-end materials were used to create a spectacular space with panoramic mountain views. The interior floors are of ivory stone, laid by hand, with reclaimed clay tiles laid on batten boarding in the wet rooms. All the forged timber beams were recovered.
