Since its founding in 2006, LF91 has helped clients bring to life their vision of a home or an investment property in Mallorca. We are driven by a genuine affection for the island and its landscape: we develop properties that blend sensitively into the Mallorcan setting, honouring local tradition and culture.

Under the direction and supervision of Miquel Bauza, managing director, we bring together specialists in architecture, interior design, engineering and landscape design. We offer a comprehensive construction management service, for both new builds and renovations, supporting the whole project cycle: administrative coordination, financial control, licences, logistics, site supervision and final handover.

Since 2006, LF91 has brought architects, interior designers, engineers and landscapers together to deliver homes and investments in Mallorca.

["post-6526","page","type-page","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry
Since 2006 we have helped our clients make their home or investment in Mallorca a reality, with a method that treats every decision with care.
We manage more than 175 projects, from country house renovations, finca restorations and town house refurbishments to apartment conversions and new-build villas across Mallorca.
We listen, plan and anticipate.
